

Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director. The PA will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, handling communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent time management skills, discretion, and a professional demeanor.

Act as the first point of contact for the Managing Director, managing correspondence, emails, calls, and inquiries.

Coordinate and manage the Managing Director’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Assist in planning and executing business events, meetings, and conferences.

Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.

Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data management, and expense tracking.

Monitor deadlines, follow up on tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects.

Provide personal support when required, such as handling personal appointments and arrangements.

At least 3 years’ experience working in a similar position.

Able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and flexibility with work schedule to accommodate last minute requests.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle situations which require understanding, responsiveness and maturity.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills communication and presentation skills.

Able to work independently and complete projects with limited supervision.

Skilled in managing confidential issues with discretion.

Possess an eye for detail and ability to work under pressure.
