Food and Drinks Departmental Administrator

A Full-Time vacancy has arisen for the position of Food and Drinks Departmental Administrator.



Duties include:


 - Assisting in the creation of daily, weekly, monthly reporting as required

 - The upkeep and maintenance of F&amp;D IT systems &amp; applications

 - Addressing and resolving administrative issues promptly and effectively

 - Maintaining accurate records of employee hours, overtime and any other relevant payroll information

 - Attending F&amp;D meetings and sharing information as required and where necessary doing follow ups

 - The Festive season reservations co-ordination by maintaining, handling and coordinating all aspects of the restaurant and event reservations and as well liaising with guests, internal departments and external vendors to facilitate seamless reservation processes

 - Assisting in the administration of F&amp;D related projects and F&amp;D marketing as required

 - F&amp;D team training co-ordination and administration




We are looking for a candidate who:


 - Is organised and accurate

 - Has a good knowledge of computer systems and is fluent in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

 - Has good knowledge of the F&amp;D operation
