Production Specialist

We’re a small, passionate signage and large format printing business looking for a hands-on Production Specialist to join the team.
You’ll be working directly with the owner on a wide range of print and signage projects — from start to finish.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in quality work, and thrives in a close-knit, fast-paced environment.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Helping run all aspects of Large Format Print and Signage Production.
Operating wide format printers, vinyl cutters, laminator and finishing tools.
Preparing, assembling, and installing signage and print materials (on-site and in-house)
Assisting with file setup, basic design adjustments and production prep.
Keeping the workspace organized and helping with material stock levels.
Contributing ideas and solutions to improve workflow and quality.

Educational and skill requirements

Practical experience in Large Format Printing or Signage
Familiar with printers, cutters, laminators and basic graphic/design tools.
A reliable, proactive attitude
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and side-by-side as a small team
A driver's licence is a must
