A Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for providing a welcoming and professional experience. They manage front desk operations, handle administrative tasks, and assist with inquiries to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Assist with office coordination and provide support to different departments

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
