We are currently seeking a Reservation Agent to join our team.

The Job

• Handling day-to-day front office tasks
• Analysing and trending data to respond to guest and customer enquiries
• Regularly monitoring customer satisfaction
• Ensuring timely and efficient resolution of all guest enquiries related to hotel services and operations
• Ensuring bookings are guaranteed and assisting with all room reservations
• Monitoring all reservations, discounts, cancellations, and modifications
• Managing all guest correspondence and ensuring timely responses and completion of all guest requests

Job Requirements

• Has strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills
• Is committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent written and spoken English (Maltese is a strong advantage)
• IT skills, including basic knowledge of the Room Master system
