We are currently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Seabank Resort & Spa.

The Job:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate maintenance operations to ensure that our properties and facilities are kept in excellent condition.
- Supervising day-to-day maintenance activities and assigning tasks to the team.
- Ensuring all preventive and corrective maintenance work is carried out effectively and on time.
- Monitoring and maintaining electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Coordinating with external contractors and suppliers when required.
- Maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Preparing reports and keeping accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Supporting the Facilities/Engineering Manager with projects and upgrades.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance supervision, ideally within hospitality, property, or a similar environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills in English (Maltese is an asset).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
- Technical diploma or relevant certification will be considered an advantage.
