Restaurant Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Paramount. This is a hands-on management position for someone who understands hospitality, knows how to lead a team, and takes genuine ownership of the operation.

Role:
You will be responsible for ensuring that Paramount runs smoothly, professionally and to a consistently high standard.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing the day-to-day operation and service
• Leading, supervising and managing the staff team
• Maintaining a spotless, organised and well-presented venue
• Monitoring stock, stocktaking, purchasing and wastage
• Ensuring excellent customer service and guest experience
• Building strong relationships with our regular customers
• Managing busy services and dealing confidently with any issues that arise
• Maintaining the standards of Paramount at all times
• We need someone who is:
• Experienced in hospitality management
• A strong and confident people manager
• Highly organised and attentive to detail
• Proactive and able to identify what needs to be done without being told
• Comfortable taking control during busy services
• Customer-focused and approachable
• Experienced with stock and purchasing
• Able to manage both regular operations and private events or themed nights
• Reliable, professional and willing to lead from the front
• Someone who notices when something is not right and fixes it.

Requirements:

• Previous experience is a must - at least 2 years
• Language skills - Excellent English is a must
• Available to work Monday to Sunday - shift varies
• Full-time - available for immediate employment
• Valid work permit
