

Retail Assistant
We are looking for a sharp, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join the Rolling Buddy team at our vape shop. This isn’t just about standing behind a counter; it’s about helping our customers navigate the world of vaping with expert advice and a friendly smile.

Customer Guidance: Welcoming every customer and helping them choose the right devices, coils, and e-liquids based on their needs.

Inventory & Display: Keeping the shelves stocked, the displays looking sharp, and ensuring the shop is clean and inviting.

Transaction Handling: Processing sales accurately using our POS system and managing cash/card payments.

Product Expertise: Staying up-to-date with the latest vape trends, safety protocols, and new product launches.

Daily Reporting: Reading delivery notes and writing brief end-of-day reports or stock requests.
This is a high-communication role. To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:

Fluent English: You must be able to hold clear, professional, and technical conversations with customers in English.

Reading Literacy: Ability to read and understand product manuals, safety warnings, and complex shipping manifests.

Writing Proficiency: You must be able to write clear, legible notes for the team and handle basic digital communication (email/messaging) in perfect English.

Retail Experience: Previous experience in a shop environment is a big plus.

Vape Knowledge: Ideally, you already know your VG from your PG, but we are willing to train the right person if they are a fast learner.
