Sales Assistant

Our company is looking to recruit a Sales Assistant to form part of our sales, marketing, and administration team.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Meeting with clients and identifying what they are looking for;
Maintaining updated and organized client files;
Maintaining the showroom, making sure that everything is in order;
Must coordinate with different departments when necessary;
Preparation of quotes and follow-ups needs to be done accordingly with current and prospective clients;
Day to day administration work might be required from time to time.

Educational and skill requirements

Be organized, flexible, able to work on own initiative and attention to detail is a must;
Must have good interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, hard-working, and presentable;
Must have an interest in interiors and soft-furnishings;
Be computer literate;
Be fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in Maltese, both written and verbal, will be considered an asset;
Must be a team player;
Having experience in Sales will be considered an asset however training will be provided
