As a Sales Manager, your role revolves around utilizing your exceptional interpersonal abilities to establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
By actively engaging in meaningful conversations and understanding their unique needs, you will be able to build trust and rapport that is crucial for long-term partnerships. Through regular communication channels, such as phone calls or face-to-face meetings, you will identify opportunities to upsell items while also providing valuable solutions tailored to specific customer requirements.

In addition to these client-focused responsibilities, a key aspect of being a sales manager lies in driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years experience within the same role or a similar position and be fluent in both Maltese and English.
