<li>Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set.</li>
<li>Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices with customers.</li>
<li>Identify and pursue business opportunities and follow up on sales leads.</li>
<li>Respond and provide feedback on changing marketing conditions and new trends.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain files of major accounts and assist in maintaining the accounts management system.</li>
<li>Ensure that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximize up selling opportunities whenever possible.</li>
<li>Maintain awareness of competitor activity, developments and best practices.</li>
<li>Replying effectively and swiftly to client requests origination through different channels.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of all aspects of the resort in order to sell effectively and ensure the client has the accurate information.</li>
<li>Track key business to determine the effectiveness of current systems and processes and identifies areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Any additional ad-hoc duties as required to assist in hotel operations.</li>
</ul>

Main tasks and responsibilities

<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Experience in sales, most preferably within a hospitality environment.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Very good command of English both written and spoken.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Ability to work both independently and in a team.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Knowledge of Opera is considered an asset.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.</li>
