PM Hobby DIY Home Solutions is part of Pace & Mercieca Ltd which has been operating in the timber industry since 1939. We are located just off the Mriehel Bypass, Malta. Our premises include our main DIY & home improvements shop as well as our timber warehouse.
PM Hobby has evolved from stocking paint and ironmongery products to general home improvements, custom furniture, kitchens, flooring and loose furniture.
We cater to trade professionals, DIY-ers and Home improvement enthusiasts in general.
Salesperson (DIY Section)
PM Hobby is looking for a salesperson to assist our customers in hardware and home improvement products.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Help customers with their DIY & Hardware needs and offer solutions
- Make sure shop shelves are well stocked and products presented well
Educational and skill requirements
- Background knowledge of DIY products, furniture fittings & general hardware
- Written & verbal communication skills in Maltese & English
- Customer care skills
- Basic computer skills
- A flair for sales
