Servicing and aftersales co-ordinator

·         Preparing quotes and technical submittals as per company’s standard format efficiently and effectively;

·         Acknowledging the client/customer emails within the day;

·        Authorisation of escalation and priority levels for customer cases;

·       Managing data input for customer cases, maximising integrity and consistency for continuous improvement;

·         Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested;

·         Co-ordinating the technical team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information;

·         Communicate and liaise between customers/suppliers/visitors and relevant staff;

·         Monitoring of the support case management process and system, including regular interaction with support and service personnel to ensure customer urgency is a priority.

·         Advanced English language required;

·         Ability to use Microsoft Office applications;

·         Strong personality with ability to find solutions under pressure;

·         Self-organised;

·         Proactive and customer-oriented;

·         Strong team focus and good communication skills;

·         Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
