Shift Leader (Full-Time)

Location: Club Sushi – From Tokyo to Seoul, St. Julian’s

We are currently hiring an experienced Shift Leader duties for a full-time position. If you're confident managing a floor, solving service challenges, and leading a team, this is your opportunity to take on a leadership role in a vibrant and growing restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform standard waiter/waitress duties (greeting guests, taking orders, serving food)
• Lead and supervise service during assigned shifts
• Delegate floor responsibilities and support staff performance
• Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow
• Conduct basic opening and closing procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, including shift or team leadership
• Based in Malta with reliable transport to St. Julian’s
• Skill Pass certification is required
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Customer-first mindset and ability to multitask under pressure

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
