Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Shop Supervisor (Maltese Speaking) to join our team.

We need a highly motivated individual who has pride, passion, and energy, and who is ready to lead a team to provide the ultimate shopping experience to pet parent clients by offering a consistently high standard of customer service.

Due to the nature of our products, applicants must be over 20 years of age and fluency in Maltese is a must.

Candidate Profile

Passionate about pets.
Pet owner.
Have knowledge about pets and appreciate the importance of pets to their family.
Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Be flexible, organized, and proactive with a high sense of responsibility.
Be a team player, but able to work independently.
Have a positive attitude.
Fluency in Maltese and English.

Job Responsibilities

To ensure that the shop is always stocked, all items within the shop are properly displayed, and correctly priced.
To assist the Retail Shop Manager in all his/her duties.
To be knowledgeable about customer wants, complaints, and suggestions.
To collect, check, and reconcile daily cash takings of the retail outlet.
To ensure a high quality/standard of work and service throughout.
Computer literate and in possession of a friendly but professional work ethic.
Experience in retail is considered an asset.
The shop must be kept clean and tidy.
