
Smart Vending Machine Operator
We are looking for a dependable and technologically proficient Smart Vending Machine Operator to manage, service, and expand our network of smart vending machines. You will be in charge of the day-to-day operation of IoT-enabled vending machines, ensuring they are supplied, functional, and provide a seamless client experience.
1. Machine Monitoring & Troubleshooting — Oversee daily machine status via remote dashboard, respond to alerts, diagnose faults, perform basic preventive maintenance, and coordinate repairs with technical teams.
2. Inventory & Restocking — Plan and execute restocking routes based on sales data, load products per planogram, and rotate stock to prevent expiry.
3. Payment Handling & Reconciliation — Collect cash, verify cashless transactions, and ensure all takings match system records with zero discrepancies.
4. Sales Reporting & Merchandising — Analyse daily/weekly sales data, adjust product mix by location performance, and submit operational reports to management.
5. Customer Service & Site Relations — Handle customer complaints and refunds, maintain relationships with host location contacts, and ensure machines are clean and presentable at all times.

1 year of experience in Vending Operations would be preferred but not mandatory

Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on vending machines (mechanical and electronic)

Familiarity with cashless payment systems, telemetry / remote monitoring software, and inventory management tools

Basic computer literacy for logging sales data, reconciling cash, and reporting
