Smart Vending Machine Operator

1. Machine Monitoring & Troubleshooting — Oversee daily machine status via remote dashboard, respond to alerts, diagnose faults, perform basic preventive maintenance, and coordinate repairs with technical teams.
2. Inventory & Restocking — Plan and execute restocking routes based on sales data, load products per planogram, and rotate stock to prevent expiry.

3. Payment Handling & Reconciliation — Collect cash, verify cashless transactions, and ensure all takings match system records with zero discrepancies.

4. Sales Reporting & Merchandising — Analyse daily/weekly sales data, adjust product mix by location performance, and submit operational reports to management.

5. Customer Service & Site Relations — Handle customer complaints and refunds, maintain relationships with host location contacts, and ensure machines are clean and presentable at all times.

• 1 year of experience in Vending Operations would be preferred but not mandatory

• Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on vending machines (mechanical and electronic)

• Familiarity with cashless payment systems, telemetry / remote monitoring software, and inventory management tools

• Basic computer literacy for logging sales data, reconciling cash, and reporting

• Good time management

• Fluent in English

• High level of people skills and easy to talk to
