Tartarun is a family-run restaurant in Malta that specializes in fresh fish. Our kitchen offers a seasonal driven menu with a strong focus on high quality locally caught fish. We select at source to provide a genuine product for an exquisite fish dining experience. The name of the restaurant, Tartarun, has been borrowed from special Maltese fishing nets.
Sommelier/Wine waiter - PT
We are looking for a new member to join the food and beverage team with a special focus on wine service.
The job requires to:
- be able to serve wine and other beverages to guests
- be able to recommend beverages to food items
- assist bar team with preparation of drinks and service
- assist station waiter with service
Educational and skill requirements
- Qualification in WSET course or experience in an ala carte environment is considered and asset
- Understanding and speaking in English is a must
- Able to communicate in Maltese and/or other languages is considered an asset
