Sous Chef

We are looking for a sous chef to join our team in Marsaskala!

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu development and planning
  • Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Collaborate with other departments and suppliers
Educational and skill requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of culinary trends and techniques
