Sous Chef
We are looking for a sous chef to join our team in Marsaskala!
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu development and planning
- Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Collaborate with other departments and suppliers
Educational and skill requirements
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of culinary trends and techniques
