CE Installations Ltd. provides both the installation and maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical services for a wide variety of customers across a diverse range of projects.

CE Installations has over 250 multi-cultural employees and due to recent growth, the company is seeking to recruit a Site Stores Officer to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

Whilst reporting to the Projects Main Procurement Senior Manager, the Site Stores Officer is responsible for managing the site store and ensuring that all materials and equipment are properly stored, tracked, and distributed to the relevant departments or individuals on site.

General Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained.

  • Receiving, unloading, and shelving supplies in the designated areas of the store to ensure proper organization and easy access.

  • Performing other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labelling supplies to ensure they are ready for use and easily identifiable.

  • Inspecting deliveries for damage or discrepancies and reporting them to ensure that any reimbursements are received, and proper record-keeping is maintained.

  • Rotating stock and coordinating the disposal of surpluses to ensure that the stockroom is well-maintained, and the inventory is up to date.

  • Ensuring adequate record-keeping and managing all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control to prevent shortages and overstocking.

  • Coordinating the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary
    minor repairs to ensure that items are transported and maintained properly.

  • Maintaining the daily delivery schedule of construction materials to job sites in a timely manner to ensure that the project is completed on time.

  • Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse to ensure the safety of workers and the preservation of materials.

  • Communicating with the store manager and site coordinator regarding logistics to ensure that all operations are running smoothly, and any issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent will be considered an asset.

  • Experience in storekeeping and inventory control is preferred.

  • Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.

  • Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.

  • Analytical mind with the ability to make accurate mathematical computations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.

  • Forklift Certification will be an asset.

  • European passport or working permission to work in Malta.

  • Clean police conduct certificate (must be presented).
