Warehouse & Office Administrator (GA – WOA 01/25)

M. Demajo (Graphic Arts) Limited, a subsidiary of the M. Demajo Group of Companies, is one of the leading suppliers to the local printing and packaging industry and is seeking to recruit a proactive and highly organized Warehouse & Office Administrator to join our team!

Reporting to the General Manager, the chosen candidate will be performing financial and administrative tasks, enforcing warehousing policies and procedures, and ensuring smooth daily workflows.

Main tasks and responsibilities

To issue sales invoices, perform stock adjustments, input costings, reconcile payments and manage petty cash.
To prepare payment requisitions and generate weekly debtors reports to support debt collection.
To handle data processing.
To liaise with different departments as required.
To manage weekly mini stock takes as well as yearly full stock takes.
To enforce warehousing policies and procedures.
To support the Managing Director and General Manager with budgets, reports, and other tasks as required.
