Storekeeper

• Carefully handle the preparation of parts requested for the daily tasks or projects
• Deal with Technicians / Installers and assist them in a professional manner
• Ensure safe handling of all goods in line with the departmental procedures and company quality standards
• Handle stock and report any damages
• Maintain the Warehouses (including the Mobile inventory) and ensure safe stock storage in an orderly and accessible manner
• Monitor stock quantity levels for inventory replenishment
• Ensure that all the inventory required is in line with the job card details
• Update the inventory system when goods are issued / returned
• Company equipment and tool management
• Carry out periodic stock checks as required
• Conduct any other Warehouse duties as may be required from time to time
• Ensure a professional representation of the company at all times
• Follow health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Excellent written and oral proficiency in English
• Physical aptitude for manual handling of heavy objects
• Possess a valid and clean driving license (licence C drivers would be an asset)
• Hold a clean police conduct
• Candidates having experience in Warehouse Inventory Management, ELV Systems and fire safety will be considered as an asset and will be given priority
• Tacit knowledge in the field
