The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful management and delivery of the Group’s high priority and strategic projects, which are either part or independent of a program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
- Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business
- To develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs
- To provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
- To own the full project life cycle: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
- Manage all aspects of multiple related sub-streams to ensure the overall project is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
- To report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
- To participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to benefit the project’s structure and governance
- To prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
- To provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
- To understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
- To manage project scope and changes
- To assist in dispute, negotiation, arbitration or litigation, as needed
- To coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project’s teams/streams
- To ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
- To manage project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline
- To initiate extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the program are identified or issues arise
- To be agile and support on side projects depending on the need and priority decided by Business
