Main tasks and responsibilities

Your career with PwC is what you make it to be. This role will include, but is not limited to, the following:

Handling internal IT incidents and service requests
Incident logging through the service desk application, effective troubleshooting, and gathering of the required information to manage/prioritise workload and escalations
Supporting audio-visual technologies including projection and amplification systems
Installation and administration of server environments
Network analysis; monitoring; capacity management and secure configuration
Planning and deploying technology upgrades; migrating platforms and new infrastructure
Ensure that SLAs are correctly set and met

Educational and skill requirements

A minimum of 1 year of experience in user support
Good knowledge of Windows Server; MS Azure; Office 365 and Google
Knowledge of networking concepts
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
Professional and proactive attitude
Be in possession of a Diploma in IT or a similar qualification
