Technician (Automotive or Marine)

Working in the Automotive &/or Marine sector, representing a prestigious portfolio of world-renowned brands under one roof. Due to further expansion, the above-mentioned career opportunity has now arisen.

Working as part of an existing team of qualified technicians, the Automotive Technician will essentially be required to diagnose and trouble-shoot vehicle system faults and carry out needed repairs in a professional and efficient manner.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Offer Technical support, inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot client systems and equipment.
Care and maintenance, including changing oil, checking fluid levels, and rotating tires. Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads, wheel bearings, and sensors.
Perform repairs to manufacturer and customer specifications.
Explain automotive or marine issues and repairs to clients.

Educational and skill requirements

Have at least 2 years’ experience working in a similar role;
Be computer literate;
Have very good command of the English language;
Have a clean driving license;
Be self-motivated, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision;
Have a strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction and workplace safety;
Be an effective team player.
