Waiter

BOA Malta is seeking a friendly, attentive, and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join the team. You will be the face of our restaurant and responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they arrive and guide them to their tables

• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations when requested

• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner

• Process payments and issue receipts

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service is advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities

• A positive attitude and a team-player mindset
