Warehouse Administration Officer
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join AMSM as a Warehouse Administration Officer within our Warehouse and Distribution Department on a full-time basis.
- Provide administrative support to the Warehouse Manager and the Warehouse Team Leaders.
- Prepare reports, prepare correspondence, and maintain up-to-date computer-based records.
- Raise and process inventory transactions.
- Ordinary Level of Education
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office – especially Word & Excel
- Good command of both English and Maltese (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and communication skills with an eye for detail
- Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
