What we&rsquo;re looking for:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience in watch servicing or repairs</li>
<li>Good knowledge of quartz, automatic and mechanical movements</li>
<li>Ability to diagnose faults and carry out watch repairs</li>
<li>Experience setting analogue, digital, chronograph and complicated watches</li>
<li>Ability to replace movements, batteries, crowns, hands, bracelets and other components</li>
<li>Experience using professional watchmaking tools and carrying out pressure/water-resistance tests</li>
<li>Good communication skills in English</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and with attention to detail </li>

What we’re looking for:



 - Minimum 2 years’ experience in watch servicing or repairs

Main Duties&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Carry out day-to-day maintenance across our stores, hotels and offices&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform basic plumbing, electrical, painting, plastering and general repair works&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to Company standards&nbsp;</li>
<li>Deliver products and materials between Sterling locations&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with general errands and operational requirements&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure the Company vehicle is kept fuelled, clean and in good working condition </li>
</ul>
Requirements&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in maintenance or handyman-related work&nbsp;</li>
<li>Basic plumbing, electrical, painting and plastering skills are considered an advantage&nbsp;</li>
<li>Relevant technical training or qualifications will be considered an asset&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to communicate in English and Maltese&nbsp;</li>
<li>Clean driving licence&nbsp;</li>
<li>Flexible and willing to work different hours or shifts when required&nbsp;</li>
<li>Reliable, practical and able to work with minimal supervision&nbsp;</li>

The ideal candidate is expected to:

<li>Have a flair for sales</li>
<li>Have experience in the retail industry</li>
<li>Works in a team-oriented environment</li>
<li>Be outgoing with great communication skills</li>
<li>Perform with limited supervision</li>
<li>Be proficient in Microsoft applications</li>
<li>Be fluent in Maltese and English</li>
<li>Be willing to work shop hours including Sundays and Public Holidays</li>
</ul>

Main Duties include:
<ul>
<li>Selling and replenishing watches and jewellery</li>
<li>Assisting clients in line with company and brands&rsquo; guidelines</li>
<li>Assisting the store manager to keep the store clean and organised at all times</li>
</ul>
