As a&nbsp;Shop Manager within the special trade (key account) shop, the employee is responsible for the whole of operation of the Shop. The Senior Shop Manager leads the team to run a smooth operation.&nbsp;

Customer Care

<li>All customers arc being always given an excellent customer care experience.</li>
<li>Any customer suggestions or complaints are followed up accordingly.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
 Products&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>All shelves must be stocked according to company guidelines.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ordering of stock to make sure that adequate stock levels are maintained.</li>
<li>Checking deliveries against invoices to make sure that all Items have been received according to what have been ordered.</li>
<li>Making sum that all hems listed on the invoice have been delivered.&nbsp;</li>
<li>AU prices ate updated and checked continuously to make sure that they are correct and that all products have their price displayed.</li>
<li>Monitor stocks and take active part in the stock taking process.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
