GCS Malta is seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to work with one of Malta’ leading investment companies.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for calls and correspondence.
  • Managing diaries, meetings, and appointments.
  • Arranging travel and accommodations for senior staff.
  • Handling communication via phone, email, and mail.
  • Assisting with reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Managing databases, filing systems, and administrative procedures.
  • Posting credit card expenses in the accounting system.
  • Scheduling and coordinating Board and team meetings.
  • Liaising with payroll and IT service providers.
  • Managing office supplies and equipment maintenance.
  • Conducting Health & Safety checks and booking couriers.
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Educational and skill requirements

The ideal candidate must have previous experience is a similar role, whilst having experience in reporting and administrative writing is considered an asset.

Ideally, have strong organizational, time management and teamwork skills are essential within this role, along with being self-motivated and having the ability to multitask.

Excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using Microsoft office applications are required.
