Administrative Assistant

Bartoli Brothers Ltd is looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
  • Assist with posting of invoices, payments, receipts
  • Support day to day operations of the Finance Department
  • Compile data and prepare reports
  • Support the team with various clerical tasks as needed
  • Maintain accurate daily records of all financial transactions.
  • Carry out other duties as required by Management
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Educational and skill requirements
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative or accounting role
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with data entry and record-keeping
  • Good command of written and spoken English and/or Maltese
