
Administrative Assistant PT

We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will assist with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our tuition center. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a dynamic educational setting.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties, including responding to emails and managing correspondence.
- Maintain and update student records, schedules, and other essential documentation.
- Assist with scheduling lessons and coordinating timetables for students and teachers.
- Handle invoicing, process payments, and keep track of financial records as needed.
Educational and skill requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in Maltese is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with basic bookkeeping.
- Flexible approach to work and ability to multitask.
