Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented full time bartender to join our team at Hotel Kennedy Nova. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking and processing drink orders using our POS system, preparing a variety of beverages including cocktails, coffee, milkshakes, and soft drinks, and ensuring excellent service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system.
• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, hot beverages such as coffee, and cold drinks including milkshakes and soft drinks.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area.
• Process payments, close bills, and manage transactions efficiently.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Proficiency in cocktail preparation and coffee-making is required.
• Familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English.
• A positive attitude and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Full training will be provided; however, candidates must have a fundamental understanding of bar operations.
