Cashier
Dee's Pizzeria & Takeaway is looking for its next Cashier to work on a shift basis.
Candidate must be Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
- Operate the cash register efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist with stocking, product display, and store upkeep as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide helpful product information.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Educational and skill requirements
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
