Catering Manager

Dee’s is a growing business with 2 outlets in the south of Malta and currently in the process of opening the 3rd.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Overseeing all day-to-day operations of the business
Managing and training staff
Schedule staff shifts and assign duties to optimize efficiency
Ensuring high standards are being maintained at all areas
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards

Educational and skill requirements

Fluent in Maltese and English speaking
Previous experience in a similar role
Leadership and team management
Excellent organizational and time management skills
