House Manager – Gozo
Reporting to our Head of Hospitality, our selected House Manager will be assigned to our 51-room hotel in Gozo. Our talent will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel to the highest standards, managing on-site housekeeping and maintenance teams, and maintaining strong relationships with service providers.
We are looking for a House Manager who is trustworthy, quality-centric, and passionate about delivering a five-star guest experience.
- Coordinate and supervise teams such as housekeeping attendants, maintenance talent, landscapers, and contractors.
- Ensure that a guest room is fully prepared and ready for the guest's arrival, including turning on lights, adjusting temperature, and ensuring all amenities are functioning properly.
- Manage inventories for supplies and ensure all necessary items are always stocked.
- Host daily breakfast, brunch or complimentary events
- Ensure that property issues or emergencies are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure that the boutique hotel's common areas are always maintained in perfect condition.
We’d love to meet you if you possess the following attitude and skill set:
- You have experience as a housekeeping supervisor, hospitality experience or you’ve managed a luxury property
- Fluency in English
- Strong computer skills
- Superb front of house and service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and high standards
- A valid Driver’s Licence is required
