We are looking for an organised, energetic and reliable Retail Manager to take charge of our pottery shop in Attard. You will run the shop day to day, lead the shop team and be the first point of contact for our customers. The shop sits at the heart of the business and the ideal candidate loves working with people, genuinely enjoys selling and is confident working on their own initiative.

Villa Bologna Pottery

<ul>
<li>Lead the day-to-day running of the shop, ensuring a premium customer experience at all times</li>
<li>Take ownership of shop operations, both front and back of house</li>
<li>Lead by example, with outstanding customer service and in-depth knowledge of Villa Bologna Pottery products</li>
<li>Build and nurture relationships with local customers, trade professionals, interior designers and high-net-worth clients to grow repeat business</li>
<li>Maintain strong visual merchandising so the shop reflects the Villa Bologna Pottery aesthetic and brand standards</li>
<li>Keep daily replenishment up to date and in line with visual standards</li>
<li>Manage product ordering and keep inventory accurate</li>
<li>Take responsibility for the daily reporting and cash closure of the shop</li>
<li>Work closely with the restaurant and events team to raise awareness of Villa Bologna Pottery and generate new client opportunities</li>
<li>Support the wider restaurant, pottery and pottery painting teams as reasonably assigned by management from time to time</li>

A Factory Worker supports the production process by operating basic machinery, handling materials, assembling products, and maintaining a clean and safe working area. The role requires following instructions, meeting production standards, and working effectively as part of a team.

We are looking for an energetic, hardworking, organised and reliable candidate to work in our pottery production in Attard. The candidate will be given full training on all aspects of pottery production including slip casting, fettling, modelling, glazing and packing the kilns.
