Launched by brothers Byron and Conrad Żarb, Trattoria Da Manuele is dedicated to their grandfather Manuel, lovingly known as Leli Żarb in the quaint village of Mġarr. The brothers’ love of food and local produce began at a young age, when they used to visit their nannu’s farm. Growing up around this environment inspired them to embark on this journey and unveil their restaurant serving authentic Maltese and Mediterranean cuisine. With over 20+years of culinary experience, Byron is a master chef with a passion for innovative creations. While Byron is in charge of the kitchen, Conrad manages the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
