We are currently seeking to recruit a Full-Time Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team.
The Chef de Partie will oversee specific sections of the kitchen, prepare and execute a variety of dishes and ensure that every plate leaving the station meets the highest standards of quality, taste and presentation. The Chef de Partie will work closely with the Head Chef and the rest of the team to deliver a first-class dining experience while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized kitchen.
We are looking for:
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen
- Passion for high-quality Mediterranean cuisine
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Residing in Malta, with a valid work permit (for non-EU nationals)
- Clean police conduct certificate
