Chef de Partie

Founded in 2022, Europe Fastflow Services Ltd. is an Employment agency located at Luxfair House, Testaferrata Street, Ta'Xbiex, Malta.

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team.

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in contributing to the success of our clients' culinary operations.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the Head Chef to plan and execute creative and high-quality menus.
• Preparing and cooking dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring the use of fresh and high-quality ingredients.
• Supervising and mentoring junior kitchen staff, ensuring they follow best practices and maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Ensuring that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet the established quality and presentation standards.
• Assisting in maintaining accurate inventory levels and placing orders for supplies as needed.
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment.

The qualifications and skills we're looking for include:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a professional kitchen (preferred)
• Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation.
• Leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior kitchen staff.
• Creativity and ability to contribute to menu planning and innovation.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment.
