

Credit Control & Office Administrator – Full Time
N. Cordina Marketing Ltd is seeking a confident and organised Credit Control & Office Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis.
The role will primarily involve following up with customers regarding outstanding payments and overdue accounts, together with assisting with general day-to-day office and administrative duties.
We are looking for someone who is very comfortable speaking to customers on the telephone, confident when discussing outstanding payments, and able to remain professional but firm when required.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident and very good on the telephone.
- Comfortable chasing customers for overdue payments.
- Able to be polite and professional
- Well organised and capable of following up matters without needing constant supervision.
- Able to communicate clearly in both Maltese and English.
- Computer literate and comfortable working with email, Microsoft Office and company software.
- Accurate when working with figures, invoices and customer accounts.
- Reliable, responsible and able to work as part of a busy office team.
Previous experience in credit control, debt collection, accounts receivable, customer service or office administration would be considered an advantage, but is not strictly necessary.

- Send statements, invoices and payment reminders to customers
- Maintain and update customer account and credit-control records, as well as keeping the team updated
- Answer incoming telephone calls and assist customers with general enquiries.
- Assist with quotations, orders, emails and other customer-service matters when required.
- Carry out general office and administrative duties from time to time
- Provide support to the accounts, sales and administration teams as required.
Education
- Good standard of written and spoken Maltese and English.
- Basic competence in mathematics and working with figures.
- Qualifications in Accounts, Business Studies, Office Administration or a related field would be considered an advantage but are not essential.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent telephone and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with invoices, statements, balances and customer accounts.
- Good computer skills, particularly email, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Reliable, responsible and able to work well within a busy office environment.
