As a Front Office Host, you&rsquo;ll be the first point of contact for our visitors, ensuring they have an exceptional brewery experience. From welcoming guests and managing reservations to leading brewery tours and assisting with events, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people in a dynamic environment.

The rehabilitation and regeneration of the former Farsons Brewery is the largest industrial conversion of its nature to be carried out on the island. Covering over 7,000 sqm of industrial space, the building includes a unique mix of office, food and beverage, retail, visitor experience, and events space cutting across 8 floors that used to play home to the brewing of some of Malta’s best-loved brands. From the Malt Stores, the Open Vats, and the Chapels to the Coppers, the spaces within The Brewhouse each have a rich story to tell and make for a truly unique creative workplace and lifestyle.

Front Office Host

Vacancies have arisen within the Cisk Tap Bar for the post of Bartenders/Waiters to join their team on a Part-time basis. 
Job Role:&nbsp;
Reporting to the Bar Manager, the selected candidates shall be responsible for keeping the bar clean and well stocked while keeping up to date with all current procedures and cocktail recipes to be able to assist and serve customers in the best possible way while providing a unique experience to all CISK TAP patrons.
 Main duties shall include:
<ul>
<li>Having good knowledge of beers and beverages in general;</li>
<li>Following on recipe procedures when preparing drinks for customers;</li>
<li>Keeping the bar clean and organized at all times according to company standards;</li>
<li>Notifying the Bar Manager or Shift manager when stocks are running low;</li>
<li>Making good use of all equipment and notifying management of any damages or issues that may arise;</li>
<li>Keeping all areas of work including staff areas, keg room and stores organized and clean at all times; </li>
</ul>
Most importantly you need to:
<ul>
<li>Have extensive knowledge and experience in the Food and Beverage sector, especially in bars;</li>
<li>Have a basic level of education at O&rsquo; Level standard;</li>
<li>Have good knowledge of HACCP standards;</li>
<li>Be ICT literate;</li>
<li>Have a pleasant personality together with strong verbal communication skills.</li>
</ul>
