Customer Service Agent (Full Training)

APRC Corporation Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit 3 Customer Service Agents due to its recent expansion and high client demand. Dealing with all aspects of our client's sales, customer service, and promotions campaigns, these are varied roles requiring dedication, flexibility, and a can-do attitude

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Generating a new customer base for our clients face-to-face

• Working with an enthusiastic team

• Working towards client targets

• Customer Service - face-to-face

• Sales Acquisition - face-to-face

Educational and skill requirements

• Positive and Proactive Attitude

• Professional Manner & Teamwork Enthusiast

• High customer service standards

• Posses an EU Passport/ EU Citizen

• 18 years or older

• Previous experience in customer service is not required
