As an Intelligent Automation Lead, you will lead the charge in transforming workflows and processes across the organization using advanced automation technologies. Your expertise in Intelligent Automation (IA), Digital Process Automation (DPA), and emerging AI technologies will enable you to design scalable solutions that align with Betsson Group’s vision of innovation, efficiency, and excellence. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure the delivery of impactful solutions while driving a culture of continuous improvement.

A taster of what you will be involved with:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and evaluate automation opportunities using advanced technologies.
• Develop a strategic roadmap for hyperautomation, prioritizing initiatives that integrate Intelligent Automation, Digital Process Automation, and Generative AI technologies.
• Design and implement innovative automation solutions, leveraging tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and emerging platforms, combined with Python and custom software engineering approaches.
• Stay abreast of trends in AI, GenAI, and automation to provide thought leadership and guidance on the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
• Conduct detailed cost-benefit analyses to ensure automation solutions align with organizational objectives and provide measurable ROI.
• Lead and manage proof-of-concept projects, transitioning successful pilots into scalable, enterprise-wide implementations.
• Ensure automation solutions adhere to best practices in scalability, maintainability, security, and compliance.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering an environment of innovation and technical excellence.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing automation solutions with a strong focus on Intelligent Automation (IA) and Digital Process Automation (DPA).
• Strong hands-on expertise in leading RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and their integration with Python-based solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of software engineering principles, including APIs, system integration, and data handling.
• Knowledge of Generative AI tools and their application in automation workflows is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and process optimization strategies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex workflows and design impactful automation solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decision-making and align technical solutions with business goals.
• A collaborative mindset with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Passion for emerging technologies, with a keen interest in staying ahead of trends in AI, automation, and digital transformation.
