Crypto Business Development Manager

The Business development Manager for Crypto Markets will be responsible for establishing and managing the operational framework for all crypto-related initiatives within Betsson. This commercial and operational role bridges blockchain technology and gaming, and will be accountable for driving revenue across both B2B and B2C crypto ventures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Betsson’s B2B and B2C strategy within the crypto gaming sector, ensuring business feasibility and long-term growth.
• Oversee the development and execution of business projects while establishing operational processes in collaboration with internal teams.
• Act as the primary stakeholder for internal product and operational teams responsible for Betsson’s crypto gambling businesses, providing insights into product development needs (technical expertise is not required).
• Manage and support B2B crypto gambling partners, ensuring operational efficiency and sustainable revenue streams while addressing partner concerns in coordination with product teams.
• Recruit, lead, and manage the commercial marketing team, driving performance and innovation.
• Own revenue targets and associated marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities, positioning Betsson as a leading provider of crypto gambling solutions for other B2C operators.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in business development within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or online crypto gambling industry.
• Proven track record of driving business growth, forming strategic partnerships, and building high-performing commercial teams in the gambling and crypto sectors.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and market trends.
• Data-driven decision-making mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and results-driven.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Experience in online gambling is considered a strong asset.
