We are looking for an organized and motivated E-Commerce &amp; Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. This role supports the day-to-day management of our online platforms and key product launches. You will be part of the marketing team and work closely with the retail operations team to ensure products are launched accurately, campaigns are executed smoothly, and customers enjoy a seamless online experience.

<li>Take ownership of e-commerce platforms, managing updates and continuous improvements.</li>
<li>Upload and maintain product listings with accurate specifications, pricing, and imagery</li>
<li>Manage website merchandising, and promotional activities</li>
<li>Implement pricing updates across platforms with precision</li>
<li>Monitor website performance and help improve the overall customer journey</li>
<li>Manage and track online orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment</li>
<li>Coordinate with warehouse and customer support teams</li>
<li>Perform back-office duties for e-commerce operations and retail operations platforms.</li>
<li>Assist with major product launches and marketing campaign rollouts</li>
<li>Contribute to cross-functional marketing and project initiatives</li>
</ul>

Main tasks and responsibilities

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative on a full-time basis to support our iCentre Apple Authorised Service Provider team. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for our esteemed clients at our Service Centre. The role entails duties relating to customer care and office administration. A team player with a flair for customer support and for working independently will be an excellent fit for this role.
