Customer Service Representative

iCentre is operated by SG Solutions Limited, a member of the VJ Salomone Group of Companies. iCentre is the only Apple Premium Reseller in Malta and our retail outlets are located in Sliema, B’Kara and the Point Mall. iCentre is also the only Apple Authorised Service Provider in Malta. We specialise in Apple product repairs, data transfer and recovery, upgrades and support for our retail and corporate customers.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative on a full-time basis to support our iCentre Apple Authorised Service Provider team. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for our esteemed clients at our Service Centre. The role entails duties relating to customer care and office administration. A team player with a flair for customer support and for working independently will be an excellent fit for this role.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Issuing and invoicing of Job Cards
  • Handling payments
  • Upkeep of service reception area
  • Providing first line support for our customers at our Service Centre as well as via telephone and email
  • Stay updated on Apple product releases, updates, and support protocols.
Educational and skill requirements
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with Apple’s product ecosystem.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Problem solving attitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and preferably, also in Maltese.
