Leadership & Team Coordination

Supervise and mentor restaurant staff, including servers, hosts and support personnel.

Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment by leading by example.

Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Work with the front office to enhance guest experiences.
Guest Experience & Customer Service

Ensure outstanding service that exceeds guest expectations.

Address customer feedback professionally and promptly.

Maintain a welcoming and elegant dining atmosphere.
Operations & Efficiency

Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Ensure efficient table turnover, service timing and overall workflow.

Monitor and manage inventory levels and coordinate supply orders.
Training & Staff Development

Identify training needs and provide ongoing learning opportunities for the team.

Implement programs to enhance service skills and product knowledge.

Address performance concerns and provide constructive feedback.
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hospitality environment, ideally in Europe. Bar management experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in English (B2 level or higher) is essential; proficiency in an additional EU language is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
- Willingness and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Must be an EU national currently residing in Malta.
