Food and Drink Supervisor Oceana
Hilton Malta is seeking to recruit a Food and Drink Supervisor to work mainly in the Oceana Restaurant. As a Food and Drink Supervisor, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager in supervising the restaurant operations, managing a multicultural team and delivering excellent guest experiences.
The role requires previous Food and Drink experience at a supervisory level, preferably within a restaurant environment. We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude who are committed to delivering high levels of customer service and who are flexible to respond to a range of different work situations and last minute changes. Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are also a necessity.
- Lead the Food and Drink Oceana restaurant operations and ensure smooth day to day service delivery
- Coordinate team members and ensure all guest requests are fully met and exceeded
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team effectively
- Ensure compliance of Hilton brand standards at all times
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Represent the needs of the team including training, development and performance management
- Assist with achieving financial and guest satisfaction targets
- Previous experience in Food and Drink at a supervisory level, preferably within a restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a multicultural team
- Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Flexible and adaptable to a range of different work situations and last minute changes
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team while maintaining Hilton brand standards
