Full-Time Trainee Butcher

• Assisting with the preparation and cutting of meat under the guidance of experienced staff
• Ensuring proper storage and handling of all products
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the workspace
• Serving customers and providing product information
• Assisting in inventory management and stock rotation
• Supporting the team in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow

Educational Requirements:

• Food safety or hygiene training is an advantage, but not mandatory

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication skills in Maltese and/or English (fluent)
• Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards
• Willingness to learn and take guidance from experienced staff
• Ability to work in a team and handle physical tasks
