As Head of Sportsbook Product – Data & AI, you will define the vision and roadmap for one of our most strategically important domains. Working at the intersection of sportsbook product, data / data science and AI, you will identify the opportunities that matter, build new capabilities with internal teams and partners, and help make AI a genuine differentiator for the Betsson Sportsbook
A taster of what you will be involved with:
- Set the overall vision & direction for the Data & AI stream
- Own & manage the roadmap for the Data & AI stream
- Ensure the respective product teams generate, qualify and deliver improvements for the Sportsbook Data & AI domain – Quality assure prioritized use cases
- Manage the team of product managers & product owners within the Data & AI domain
- Build out the Betsson SB AI capabilities to support a rich customer experience and to promote operational efficiencies (as prioritized in the Data & AI roadmap) Both inhouse built use cases and using third party products
- Support the adoption journey in SB Product regarding AI – Facilitating adoption of AI tools and sharing best practices
- Drive out synergies in the Data & AI Domain with other teams outside of Sportsbook
What we are looking for
- Strong Domain Experience from SB and the igaming industry
- Extensive experience working within the Data Domain – Strong grasp of machine learning, data science, and model development practices
- Excellent command of the AI tooling landscape
- Previous experience as a people manager managing teams of Product Owners & Managers within the Data Domain
- Master of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or similar
